Emperor Foods boasts a 1000m2 state of the art manufacturing facility in Johannesburg, South Africa. This facility was specifically designed to maintain SABS SANS 10330:2007, SABS PAS 220:2008 (HACCP) and SABS ISO: 2200 accreditation, thus ensuring the highest levels of manufacturing and hygiene protocols.

The facility boasts an array of features such as:

  • Monitored and maintained temperature of 12 Degrees Celsius.
  • Positive air flows ensuring an air cascade to prevent dust contamination, pest intrusion and limit bacteria entry.
  • The air is purified by Hepa Filters down to two microns.
  • Data Loggers for products and retention samples.
  • Advanced technology blast freezing.
  • Large cold storage facilities.
  • CCTV throughout the facility to monitor staff performance ensuring and maintaining high quality standards.
